What is conjunction and disjunction of p and q?

The conjunction of p and q is denoted by p˄q where ˄ is an AND operator, and the proposition p˄q is true only when p and q both are true, false otherwise.
The disjunction of p and q is denoted by p∨q where ∨ is an OR operator, and the proposition p∨q is false only when p and q both are false, true otherwise.
